Impossible to say. It would depend on the dynamic of the guys involved.
Not all D/s is sexual so maybe it isn't about that and the power exchange instead.

one thing i ve learned as a (to some) sexual deviant, is that our sexual identity and desires are as broad as they are long and multi layered. There are many people who supress their inner desires for whatever reason, then there are those on a life time search for carnal knowlage and sexual self discovery. Whatever this person is looking for, if it's not hurting anyone else it doesn't need to have a reson or explination
