We are making our first visit to chams on 22nd April, Not sure we like sound of having to undress as soon as you get there?

Would prefer to keep clothed for a little while, all seems a bit "in your face" we are going anyway, just wondered if anyone had experience?

Not sure I like the idea of that either.

My first club experience was the Attic in Derby and you don't have to wear a towel there.

It's spoilt me a bit for other clubs I think.

It's the same for everyone, so you will be fine. Dress code just says no outdoor clothes, and they provide towels for you if you want to wear them. Ladies can dress as sexily as they like, basques and stuff etc, and guys can wear shorts. The last couple of times I've gone I've worn a vest top.

You will be fine, and you will love it, I'm sure

we been going for the last five years and will admit we didnt like the idea of towels at first but as soon as you get in there it becomes natural if you did stay dressed you would feel out of place as everyone else dresses down

some guys where shorts girls wear sexy outfits

we think once you have tryed the club you will love the place the staff are very frindly and so are the people that go to the club

Thanks for replies guys, we are regulars at LC and have got used to the format there.

Just have to "build a Bridge and Get over it!"

How many single guys get in on a friday? is it swamped with them like LC?

its hard to say as it veries from week to week we would say on average maybe around 40/50 and around the same for cpls

and all the sgl guys that go to the club are pretty well behaved and take the no means no rule seriously

Wouldn't say it's swamped with them, but there are more than enough to go round. They act pretty much the same as at other clubs though, following couples around like lost puppies.

We prefer saturday nights ourselves, couples only after 7pm.

chams is a nice place. the single guys there dont cause an issue. theres normally a balance. on saturday most couples sit around looking at each there lol

What a ridiculous statement, its not my fave place to go,while we've had a good time at chams at big parties they have there thats mainly due to the people and the staff and not the place

I don't like the dressing down option at all and prefer a differerent type of club

That does'nt mean the scene is'nt for me,everyone likes different things,Chams is not the be all and end all of swinging clubs for me

We both love chams, and don't worry about

walking around in just a towel, you'l get over it in a few mins.

About the single guys, you will get followed around and you may meet the guy who wont take no for an answer. just be firm. It's the nature of the beast.

Duurrr? how childish

Ill stand by my statement that you can't say that people should'nt be in the scene if they don't like chams, its massively assumptive and I don't remember signing any elite swinger contract when we started saying that if we did'nt like chams we had to fook off out of the scene

It's great!

Everyone is in the same boat and I love it!

In my experience it is far more relaxed than clothed clubs... and you don't have to put up with the totally anti-erotic sight of men with their slacks around their knees and feckers leaving their socks on.

you misunderstood. I didnt say that at all. read it again. it was saying if u are self concious around a group of people wearing a towel then you are probably too concious for swinging . the suject matter was chams originally so used that as an example but the same goes for anywhere . its a bit like a bloke not using a shower after a football match cos hes concious of his cock size, hardly swinging material is he lol Anyway opinions differ , always will

Not that I am aware of.

It's not a great mood maker though is it when fellas leave them on in a group session.

You posted one line about Chams being the best and that if you did'nt like it the maybe the scene is'nt for you, nothing about being self conscious at all in that post

But you're right thankfully we all like different things,I do what I want and have a great time doing

Ladies don't have to parade in a towel at chams. I rarely wear a towel.

i tend to start in my sexy stuff, corsets ect, then end up disrobing for the jacuzzi. It's the very concept of ppl parading that puts me off night clubby clubs.

But each to their own.

I went on Monday... I like the towel thing, makes it much easier to get in and out of the jacuzzi and not have to bother going to get changed back and forward. And it gives you something to lie on!
