Joining one of these threads puts yourself in the firing line for profile criticism. It is a strange situation to be in where you are actively seeking critique in order to improve your profile. We are not saying that our grammer or profile is perfect. What we are saying is that on a site that is very heavily weighted with single guys, females and couples can afford to be picky. Something like a one or two line profile text that includes an error might not be a big deal in the grand scheme of things but it does show a lack of attention to detail and doesn't give a great first impression over other single males that have put in some effort to their profiles.
