Funnily enough I was only musing on the demise of the magazine and wondering what they were still going!
Used to spend my early teens looking out for them, very often alongside the road, until I looked old enough to buy them.
Hopefully op, I will find you lying in a hedgerow near me soon!

Wow, that brings back some memories!!!!
We managed to do this years ago with A having pics published in Razzle & Two Blue. This was the start of us being naughty together and look where we are now.

Brings back some very happy memories...as I spent some years working for the company that published them! I had to spend my days looking through them: Fiesta, Knave, Teazer, Two Blue and all the specials such as Readers Wives, Shaven Havens & Naughty 40s. They even did some hardcore versions for a time. And yes, some of the articles in them were interesting!!
Unfortunately, the internet has damaged the print industry almost entirely with very few print companies around...and why pay/risk being seen in the newsagent, when you can see it all in the privacy of your own house. |
