Not really sure what to make of this -
At the early stages of arranging a holiday meet with a couple. Their profile has only one picture and it's an old one of the husband - no other pics.
They want to swap pics by email.
Doesn't feel entirely legit to me. Is there a reason why you wouldn't just upload your pics, set them to private, and send them when you need to?
I'm thinking pic hunter. Am I just being paranoid? |

I totally understand all the ways of verifying a person's who they say they are, I just wondered if anybody else though it was a bit fishy. I've blocked them now, though.

i suppose if they wanna trade pics instantaneously (as in the second they take them) then it makes sense not to wait around for them to load onto here.
i suspect they want wank chat. |

I can understand it to be honest. Sending a picture to someone privately is one thing, if they share it without your consent they are liable if you bring action.
Just uploading a picture to this website, private or not, hidden or not puts it officially in the public domain I believe. |

We never swap pictures by e-mail because as you say we can't see any reason not to do it on here. I'm not too concerned about picture hunters because if they wanted to collect your pictures its just as easy to do it from here as it is from an e-mail. |
