Mobile account signed in or not if you're inactive on it for more than 5 mins you show as off line |

thats what i mean, initially someone is offline but on here it says they are online |

I think it means that they are logged on but not necessarily on the site, on my tablet it shows I'm online if I'm logged on and WiFi is on but I'm not necessarily online (I sometimes forget and have gone out all day without logging out or turning the WiFi off). |

It's another feature that doesn't work correctly. I get messages saying i saw u online but u didn't message me when I wasn't online atall . But I hadn't physically logged out just closed the app on my phone .
Take no notice of this feature |
