I have an unusually free day on Monday and want to make the most of it with or without a partner in crime so am hoping to head to Kestrels (hopefully with a partner in crime!)

I've read the forums for a long time (yep self confessed forum stalker!) and I've seen the tons of threads that say as a single woman I'll be fine on my own there and I believe that the staff will take care of me etc etc.

However, my issue is more about walking through the door on my own, walking around on my own and generally not having the great time I had on my first visit with a friend. This will only be my second visit. What if I don't like anyone? I mean, I don't really want to go there just to relax on my own, I can do that anywhere!

Perhaps I'm having the meltdown before I get there so that when I'm there everything is good?!

Any suggestions in case I find myself there alone?

It's going to be a beautiful day and you will be absolutely fine.... what time are you looking at going as I may have to pop down there myself for a little sun

Bring a bottle of wine (or two!).

I've been there on my own, I was terrified for all of 3 minutes. People get chatting, and you know how it goes....

ENJOY (I'd be there too, but will be working).

I loved it the first time, and the wine certainly went down well but I was lucky enough not to have to drive on that occasion. If I'm going it alone, there'll be no wine, otherwise I wouldn't care!!
