Do you find people who wear glasses attractive?
I ask, as when I send a face picture, whether I have made the first contact or people have contacted me (and a few messages have been sent) 9 out of 10 times, they don't reply.
It's bloody frustrating. It appears no one wants to look past the glasses. I don't choose to wear them, I have to wear them.
I don't even wear them in the bedroom.

Aye like you man I too have to wear glasses, personally it doesn't bother me a huge amount and it's never affected me in getting meets, some find me attractive others not but no one has said it's down to me specs, and if it is they're pretty shallow people if you ask me, personality wins most of the time over looks. Dw bout it. |

Fair enough you could be right. I hope it's nothing to do with the glasses. I was wondering if others were thinking the same thing.

I don't notice any discernible difference in the amount of passes I get in glasses or contacts. They're easier to spot when I'm in my glasses though since I can see better. |

i look crap in mine but its marginally better than the squinty look when im trying to read - my face doesnt do accessories like hats, specs etc very well |

I not only wear glasses, I wear varifocals, as I'm blind as a bat...
but like most people I don't wear them whilst shagging as they are far too fecking expensive to break  |

I'm asking to find out. I'm not stating that it's a fact.
I've sent a lot of messages (no one liners, or hi babe). About 1 in 10 have replied, and of those replies 99% are no thanks.
I've had a no. of winks (they winked first), we've messaged and then I've sent a photo, and it goes quiet. I think I'm entitled to wonder if it's the glasses.

I wear glasses, never had a problem, of course not everybody is going to like me but they wouldn't wether I wore glasses or not
It really does not bother me on men, I neither like nor dislike them, I wouldn't turn a guy down based in him wearing glasses |

To the OP.
I don't think glasses matter either way. We both wear glasses on a day to day basis but I don't for meet and going out. Only because I can only see to put make up on when wearing contact lenses ... Yes I am that short sighted

If they suit the wearer I love a guy in glasses, and have been asked to wear my glasses for meets rather than contacts so not sure you can attribute all of it to the glasses. |

I feel your pain. Im bald and wear specs, I never had an issue with it until I came on here. The amount of knockbacks ive had is unbelievable.  |

I've thought about having laser correction but have read many reviews about problems after the procedure. Would love to have it done but I'm afraid to take the risk. |

It's brilliant if done correctly. Ie not on the high street. If you really want it see a consultant eye surgeon with a good track record and experience. If anybody wants recommendations pm me; I've had lots of professional experience in this field x |

People are so shallow. It's not about what's on the outside that makes somebody likable or sexy.
I wear my glasses all the time, except in the shower or when I'm asleep. Otherwise I'm blind! My fab partner wears his all the time too. Not an issue at all! They tend to fall off in the throws of passion anyway! The trick in that case is not to stand on them!  |

I do have the pain of people always thinking that I'm wearing glasses as a fashion statement, as I wear those thick framed geek chic frames cause they offer the large lenses that I like. So on a night out ladies take them off my face, obviously thinking they are fake and then act surprised when they put them on and realise that I can see fuck all |
