The problem with London is it's flipping massive....so unless you have a specific area in mind or know where you're going you could spend forever trying to work out where to go and how to get there... |

I could be wrong, but Im gonna guess the OP and his two friends are not to overly interested in culture, history and shopping.

I wouldn't do London if you're only looking for one night. It's big and crowded and tiring. Although there is a of choice when it comes to eating,drinking and entertainment,there are also a lot of people wanting to do the same thing; and it's expensive. |

Not sure what Blackpool is like now but my friends and I had a couple of long weekends there and it was fantastic. That was a long while ago now though. |
