The last 5 single guys we arranged to meet, either cancelled at the last minute or failed to turn up, so we only see them at clubs or parties now.

Just goes to show how different people are. We have this thread where the OP only wants to meet under 30s, yet on a recent thread in swinging support an 18 year old was told he'd never get meets for being too young.

Moving your upper age limit from 30 to (say) 35 isn't about lowering standards - it's changing parameters AND when you consider the, let's say, "inaccuracy" with which some members recall their age ......... a few of the self-styled 30 year olds might well turn out to be nearer 40. |

But why shouldn't he be? What age is it acceptable to belong to a swinger site? Maybe he's tried going out on the pull and not been too impressed. We should be encouraging the guy to meet via a safe site like this, playing safely with safe people, instead of possibly contracting an STI behind a pub with a wined up woman. |

for how long have you been trying to arrange tonight? from experience, if you have set ideals about who you are loking to meet, then it's always best to pre-arrange. last minute rarely works out in my experience.
and yes, you often get people wanting you last minute or spur of the moment. us single guys have lives too, and cannot always be expected to jump at any chance thrown at us. oh, and we can also have standards that are just as high as everyone elses.
also, sometimes we might not agree that paying for a hotel to meet a couple local to them, when we can accomodate in a nice house ourselves may not suit us.
we all have gripes |

Oh man, it sometimes takes me a month to organise a meet on here!! People work, have family commitments, cars in the garage and other stuff. A week isn't instant but it can take a lot longer than that!
When I first joined here I wasn't really in demand so browsed men in my area and either hotlisted or winked at every man I found attractive. If you end up with twenty interested guys then so be it - at least you'll then have a choice. Then you can work your way through them at your leisure! |

a little disappointing i agree.
but if you have set criteria (as we all do) then sometimes it takes a little more planning than that.
oh, and i often find that the 'decent' single guys can often be busy and may require more than a weeks notice, and may want to get to know someone for longer than a few days before meeting and are often not the ones 'moaning'.

I find the age limit thing a bit silly, for a start people tell porkies. Then you get younguns that spend their lives on the piss and eating junk food and doing fuck all and there are some oldies that live right eat right and keep in shape. Surely if you take people on their actual merits rather than preconceptions the cream will rise to the top, as it were. And it is unreasonable to expect lastminute.com meets from anyone any age married or single. Just my opinion |

hmm well he might be on here not just for a quick shag but to explore more advanced sexual prefrences and fetishes which this site was built for i imagine lol, fair play i can imagine what the majority or suspected majority are like but you dont catch the with photos veris or on the forum or in chat, just shooting out message like a machinegun lol. maybe there should be a number of stickies for older seeking younger, younger seeking older ect... but thats just a suggestion

I agree with you. Lots of single men complain they cant get meets yet lots of single men seem to be timewasters also. |

The age limit may seem silly to YOU but some of us don't like extremes ie playing with those young enough to be our children or old enough to be our parents! |
