Its largely a fantasy that has transposed from the US via pornography. There it most definitely has a huge racist element to it. Three simple points, firstly some people see BBC as shorthand for a black man plain and simple and used only on fab. The same as someone calling themselves or asking for "bi" or "greedy girl" or "cuck". There is more to those people than a title.
