There has been quite a few comments in recent weeks which are claiming that people in the swing or open sex scene should be afforded the same protections as the LGBT community do. Personally I can't even begin to understand why. There is a world, if not universe of difference between the two. Quite honestly I think we do the LGBT community as massive diservice by even suggesting it.
If some people want to stand up and be counted then they should do so but not on the back of the LGBT community. |

I quite agree! Although it's true that some narrow-minded people think that swinging is wrong, it is after all a lifestyle CHOICE. To lump the million or so swingers in with the LBGT community would be disrespectful to that community, who on the whole haven't made a choice about their sexuality/gender identity. |
