We have a slightly acerbic nature as it is . However the amount of messages on Fab from people who simply have not read and are the utter antithesis of what your profile says you wish to meet are making us more and more sarcastic on here .
It's not an attractive trait ! Does anyone else find this it is it just us that are becoming less attractive personalities on here ?

I don't think FAB makes anyone sarcastic. I do think that frustration is often vented through sarcasm but the sarcasm was their first.
Better than being suicidal or a murderer ... innit
Try being ruthless and just delete and block. |

Sometimes yes! Stupid messages make me want to send a sarcastic reply but actually just pressing delete is probably more satisfying and more of a put down. If they can't read a profile then they're not really likely to get sarcasm are they |

Phew not just is then ! It's almost become de rigueur for us and we have to stop it.
Just can't seem not to answer : "hi " with "low" ?
And :" hey". With "straw" ? Etc
Must stop it ! |

Cool, calm and collected response (or lack of) is the ideal but some messages are so feeble they seem to invite a pointed response.
Try to avoid the sarcasm but sometimes think I might be doing them a favour by being honest/blunt?
Wishful thinking? |

Sarcasm with a bit of banter thrown into the mix can be fun as long as the other person is on the same level as you and has the same sense of humour....unfortunately alot of people on here don't have no sense of humour and take things too seriously |

Not any more than what's already there...but I tend not to waste it on those who don't appreciate it...just delete and block...Once blocked then they won't get it anyways lol. |

I have my moments...my location is 'Back of beyond' and someone totally unsuitable tried to strike up a conversation asking me where it was, I retorted that it was 'Next to the arsehole of the county'. He didn't get back to me! So in answer to your original question, yes, occasionally, FAB and some of it's inhabitants turn me into a verbal equivalent of the Incredible Hulk! |
