Anyone watched the programme on the lifetime channel on sky 156??

And can anyone recommend any swinging documentaries or programmes as I though last nights one was quite good x

There's that series made by playboy called Swing. There's about 5 series of episodes

I can't decide if it's real or not. I'm thinking they might be actors but using real people's experiences to make the TV show.
