In all honesty I think a lot of it has to do with the confidence of the guy in question.
If someone is down on themselves due to their appearance, they're less likely to be successful.
Yes, we all have physical preferences and I am aware I am not everyone's "cup of tea" but a lot of big guys (and ladies) do themselves a disservice talking themselves down. |

I'm feeling pretty great about myself at the moment and boy does that boil the piss of some of the aesthetics police on here
Some people detest fat people (women in particular) and believe fat people should detest themselves. They do everything they can to 'make fat people face the truth' and keep them in (what they think is) their place.
It really is quite pathetic when someone seeks to undermine the confidence of others because they think they're so much better and that the others don't deserve to feel happy and confident.
They think people should change to fit what they consider acceptable and they seem to believe that bullying and trying to make people miserable and make them hate themselves is the way to 'encourage' them to change.
You'd think, being so perfect and all, that they'd have better things to do. |

Sorry OP, but I can confidently say as a man who has been on both sides of this coin, 22st (44" waist) before I started training about 4 years ago, currently at 14st 10 (32" waist) from a low of 14st 7 (at 6'2) there really aren't any women into lardy men.
Lardy men still occasionally get laid, but it's very much despite their size. There is no such thing as a BBM fancier, anyone who tells you there is is a fantasist (male) or has a very different definition of "large" to what you mean.
Women have a much narrower archetype of what they are attracted to than men. |

There certainly are ladies who appreciate a big guy. At 6'3, 21 stone 12 lbs, 44" waist I reckon I qualify as big. I've been on the swinging scene well over a decade and seen it all from ladies who think I am ugly, ladies who don't mind to ladies who cannot get enough of me.
