Most "hotel du Vin's" should cater for what you need. Intimate lighting in bars and a variety of rooms to choose from, most have suites with hot tub. I think there's one in Leeds.

I use booking.com at least 5 days a week. 1,decide where you want to stay. 2, input search onto site then you can filter price ranges and star rating. 3, scroll down page and click on "underlined blue" writing, it should show a variety of pictures for every room. This enables you to decide what's suitable without being disappointed, good luck searching.

Hotel Gotham, Velvet and Great John Street Hotels in MCR are great for "special" nights

I've had some very naughty nights in those hotels, and would say Velvet is best due to location
