It can do when a guy appears stressed or breathless.
I had a session a while ago with my fb who had a scolds bridle on and I tied him to his bed, closed the curtains and walked out his house for an hour. He lived in a remote area and I was uneasy leaving him. If I had had an accident he would not have been discovered! I got back earlier and released him but told him it wouldn't be happening again. He got such a thrill out of it too.
I have also accidentally broken a bone in his finger with my thigh leather boot when he was lying on the floor. He developed an bone infection which put him on hospital for a few days so yes I do tread carefully now... Pardon the pun!
