Recently started to date a new girl, not sure where its going, how could I tell her about this part of my life and get her involved without her running a thousand miles?

In my opinion telling. Her from the start would have been best idea ...but before you tell her now you will just need to bring it up in convo about swinging see her reaction as to how you are going to tell her and what you think she will say/do

Hope that helps

Tell her the truth. That's what I do when I meet a new partner. Tell them about ne being bi and about swinging

Tell her without fuss or drama, ask her if she would like to be involved. If she says no respect her decision.

Good luck.

Ask her, I (Geoff) asked Rose very soon after we had got together and she said 'yes!' enthusiastically. Something neither of us had done before but we were keen to try. Leave it too long and she'll think you have gone off her.
