Ladies....would you be offended or not if you caught someone having a quick peek at your bust on the general high street?
I think I'm getting obsessed with boobies and find myself often having a quick look and kinda hoping someone would bust me and wink at me....oh a drag me away to let me suck hahaha sorry |

Like with most things I guess it depends on the circumstances and how it's done.
A sly cheeky quick glance to check someone out can be very different to a long stare or blatant ogling or talking to the chest rather than the face when conversing with someone.
Everyone will have their own limits as to what is acceptable / welcomed - some ladies will appreciate a quick admiring glance, others won't... There's a thin dividing line between flirting and being a letch - the line tends to move depending on how handsome / charming you are!  |

As long as you don't cycle into the back of a parked van as some poor young lad did last summer. Never again have I run around to the local shop in a t-shirt with no bra.  |
