Since Linds and I have started swinging, we've both been making quite an effort to make the best of ourselves.
Linds will be running the London Marathon and is currently training for that and i've started back at the gym.
All this healthy exercise is a direct result of us trying to make ourselves just a little bit more toned for swinging.
So has anyone else had any kind of health improvement as a direct result of the lifestyle? |
