Do any other guys feel rather a lot of pressure to perform when at clubs?
I'm practicing Kegel (pelvic floor) exercises to help improve my erections, staying power and intensity of orgasm.
I'm noticing the benefits already after just a week or so.
Anyone else do these? |

Apart from Kegel exercises, there are other tips. A good physical condition, breath control, adopt some comfortable positions during the act and focus the attention in internal and external sensations ( instead of urging to cum), enables a balace between both sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems.
Results: not only increase the pleasure, but also can control the ejaculation as long as you want. It's not a mantra, it's just physiology. |
