Self esteem doesn't imply being vain, it's about feeling comfortable and confident in yourself instead of worrying about whether you're attractive or not. |

You will be for some but not for others I went 7 months last year without a meet then had 3 in a month swings and round-a-bouts.  |

Sometimes I don't get the mentality in this country...
I lived in the US for 6 years and some of the fittest people I knew were in their 50s!
They worked out, played sports, had risen to a certain level in life, vocationally, financially, physically and drew so much confidence from this...
Don't use your age as an excuse, get groomed and you will find "ugly" disappears... |

Yep... I have only had one this year and I class her as a friend, we met on here, but now we chat as mats all the time.
So I don't find time a factor, if I'm busy I may not have a meet in a year, if I'm not maybe several in a week... But alas I'm always busy |
