Believe it or not, I am genuinely go there for a work out, helps with grief and anxiety too.
Try not to stare at girls there, even tho it's hard to do sometimes.
Specially when some curvy girl is on cycle machine.

Absolutely and well done for what you've achieved so far. It's all about the changes, there is no end result as you'll always find something else you want to improve. Enjoy the process and make sure you're doing it for you and not to try and impress women  |
