Just an observation, there seems to be quite a few "recycled" photo's popping up on the same profiles. Why would people delete their pics just to upload the same ones again!! |

Simply because they can and they want to. It's their profile afterall.
Sometimes it may also be because uploading a new photo gets a few more profile views. Or maybe they just like to switch them round cos they get bored of the same one's.
