Mr here. Being part of a couple and looking for an older lady (biggest fantasy) or even a female, I now know what it's like for single guys to get a meet As I'm finding it hard myself to get anywhere. It's a tricky, and interesting, question.
I can answer for myself, as someone who would never organize meets through the internet, but I also have some more speculative ideas based on being a Forum Follower.
Personally, if I have met a couple in a club, got on with them and perceived them as real swingers who are in to the life style and have a relaxed attitude, I would have no problems meeting with the male half after that. In fact, at times coupled, male swingers come through as more uncomplicated sex than the single blokes. The NSA element is a given at all times.
With regards to your online searching, not too sure. A couple friends' of mine did indeed decide to get separate profiles as they almost only received attention and mails for her in their couple's profile, so they took the consequenses of it. She still gets more mail than him but they both have success.
