I have the Iphone app on my phone (Oh, get you) and when I open the app it shows me who is nearby (presumably who is nearby and has the iphone ap). Does the app have to be running on their phones for it to show up. For instance, if someone drives past my house and my phone is on but the ap isn't open, do I come up on their screens as being less than a mile away? |
