I have come across a few profiles on here from women who are on here to get pregnant. I am not one for judging people but I am not sure what to think about it and I want to know: is this normal?

Two questions for you:

1. Is it legal?

2. Is it consensual?

If you get a Yes to both, then its fine.

normal to want to get pregnant? yeah, can be.

normal to have sex to get pregnant? yeah, can be and is the usual way.

normal to come on here for it? nope, but it's ok.

some people are just fantasizing as well. i love the idea of getting pregnant but don't really want to be. even used to talk about it while fucking my ex, and one guy off here.

I'm not sure what to think. I tried to ask one of them but found out later that they removed their profile.

I have spoken to 1 person who said they wanted to get pregnant.... how ever its just a fantasy, the thought of it.... not actually looking to get pregnant by a random guy

I find the whole idea of getting pregnant and birthing children utterly fucking bizarre.

However if people want to do that, however they want to do that, then it's cool with me.

"Are we still talking about bringing a human life into the world ????"

Yep, you need a license to go fishing, or to own a TV, but anyone can have kids. Lets not pretend that every beautiful little baby is delivered by a stalk to a perfect happy, married heterosexual couples with steady jobs and a mortgage etc. etc. Is a swinging site really any worse than how "normal" people procreate?

Really so bdsm or spanking isn't fine in your opinion?

Really? We've been using this site for over three years and have never yet come across a genuine female seeking to be impregnated by a stranger on a swing site.

Of course there are the highly dubious profiles but they are, well, just that.

If the injury is more than "transient or trifling” then it's an offence. Say if a person left deep welts or deep bruises. But otherwise the law couldn't care.

No they are not, but there are plenty of people who would consider swinging immoral. So differnt people have differing sets of morals. I try to stick to the two rules above, and hope that others in turn would allow me to do the same.

Regarding BDSM, I believe that can be both legal and consensual, but I do have to admit that my legal training to date has only stretched to watching Judge Judy and Law & Order. I might be wrong, but I doubt that any action would be taken by the CPS in relation to consensual BDSM activity in 2016. Obviously there have been horrific injustices relating to sexual activity in the past, but I hope that is behind us now, in the UK at least.

Well taking the R v brown case as the most famous one.

They'd actually be more harshly punished now as they'd violate the newer extreme pornography laws too

Sure there's no national agreement on morals the way there is a law. But this country, like most, has a lot of problems that are created by people following your two rules, hence I propose the introduction of a third.

But most people do think that there own actions are moral don’t they? Its other people’s actions that they usually judge to be immoral.

What kind of problems do you have in mind being cause by just my two rules?

I don't really know if swinging is moral or not, I just don't care if it isn't at this present time. I'm more concerned with outcomes than principles to be honest and I have a ruddy good marriage if I do say so myself.

If there was a third rule along the lines of "does the action meet their own moral code?" And the answer is yes then perhaps I still think they are a cunt but at least it's been considered. Unlike somethings people do in the heat of the moment that actually violate their own moral code!

If you switch the channel from judge Judy to Jeremy Kyle then most of his guest have got themselves in bad situations doing things that were legal (just) and consentual.

No they argue over the intentnof law all the time.

So much of our legal system is basedbon precedent that a differnt ruling triggers loads of appeals of people convicted under the same law

You can get convicted of ABH and aiding and abetting ABH should any injuries you inflict or get be more than 'transient or trifling' therefore anything that lasts more than 10-15 minutes is classed as ABH.

You cannot constant to be assaulted.

It's bullshit but that's the law surrounding consenting bdsm.

Even scarier are the rules surrounding the imagery on bdsm/s&m

What I wonder about is what happens once they have got pregnant. Will the guy be expected to take part in the raising of the child? Will they ever know who their father is? Will he be willing to pay child support for the next 18 years just because he wanted to go bareback? How about finding out about hereditary diseases etc?

First, at least two test cases for the 'Extreme Pornography' law have returned verdicts of 'not guilty.' Also, several of the acts covered by that Law are already illegal under pre existing statutes, rather than creating new offences.

Second, the CPS has published clear guidance relating to the enforcing of that law. The majority of BDSM practitioners are quite safe, since a number of legal defences are provided in the Act. (Unfortunately, these only apply to the participants, not the cameraman.)

Third, as I understand it, the precedent set by R v Brown was effectively overturned by R v Peacock, one of the test cases for the 'Extreme Porn' law, in which the defendant was found 'not guilty' on all counts.

I've never had come across any profiles of women wanting to be pregnant, plenty of women that are pregnant, which is a turn on for me, but not what OP mentions.

One woman I speak to on facebook who is off here fell pregnant dogging although I don't know if that was arranged on here.
