We arranged one when we lived in humberside.paid for room at hotel...12 guys said they were coming...one turned up.so hard to arrange,and we live very rural now so a lot more difficult.good luck though hope its a success xxx |

I'd heard about the drop outs when I arranged the GB...We, myself and the 2 ladies involved, selected about 25 men, 9 turned up...we expected around 8-10 based on others experiences. |

We find that to get around 20 guys (which is our limit) we have to get about 50 to confirm to attend. Its not an exact science, but it works.
If organising, you need to be really clear bout what will happen and timings.
As we all know, a lot of people don't read the fine print! |

Thanks for the tips! I think 6 - 8 would be a comfortable limit for the space so if I ever do I'll invite about 16. Could end up very cosy! |

I've arranged a few both straight and bi but like the other posters have said you need to invite maybe double of what your looking for to allow for no shows I've now stopped doing them due to the hassle arranging them so good luck and hope you have a great time |

but you will find a lot do not turn up in fact it sems (from my experience) that it it is quite common for couples to organise gang bangs only to have one or two guys turn up out of the 20 + invited
