We would go with the following:
1. The guy getting the BH should say he is about to cum and then ask if it's OK to cum in her mouth
2. Grope box, tend to feel it is the same at the very least ask if it is ok to touch and what you want to do before you actually do it.
Some people will be ok with letting things happen to them, as are we at times but then many won't and you shouldn't assume permission. |

In my "limited" experience  of swinging clubs, I would say if a lady takes a cock in her mouth she would tell the guy to come over my tits / face etc if that's what she wanted. If nothing said, then she consents to him coming in her mouth.
In the grope box she consents to being groped unless again she states otherwise. If she doesn't want her arse played with, it is up to her to position herself bum to the wall.
