DIY too, Porridge oats, wallpaper paste for thickness and bleach!

In all seriousness, I asked my beautician if she did this. She'd never heard of it so went away and did some research for me. She said that home kits could be dangerous and we couldn't find anyone locally offering this. Thought it was just an American thing?
