I think the most common lie in Fan by an enormous margin is "straight" on the profile from guys who are not.
For clarity, it doesn't bother me much but it's a shame people feel they have to lie about it. |

What do you mean, no? It's a definite yes for all of the ones above. Every one of those is an actual reason I was given at different times from different people, including the 'I don't know how to take a photo' from a 45 year old single man with kids, who had been a member for about a year! His suggestion was that we could meet somewhere quiet and I could take photos for him there for his profile. I went on to explain the safety issues about meeting someone with a faceless profile and the potential beating, robbery, blackmail or murder which does happen, even in rural areas. |

I guess a lot of guys, especially those in couples, are doing that because of the massive backlash against bi-men that seems to happen quite frequently on Fab.

I fail to see how a preference for not wishing to meet /play with bisexual men automatically casts someone as homophobic! I that is a strong accusations and a huge leap which makes no sense whatsoever.

Noone is judging your sexuality. You are entitled to express your sexual preferences but you must accept not everyone will be compatible with you. However I am sure there are many who will be delighted to meet you.

I wpuld not show a photo that could identify me due to my profession as rightly or wrongly, my profession would judge me negatively and it could potentially lose me my job or at the very least, make my professional life extremely difficult. However I do put photos of the rest of me. ....
In time.... if I feel I can trust the person sufficiently that they won't use my face photos to my detriment then i will share a photo of my face but not on here...only via whatsapp or kik. My life. My rules. My choice! |
