Communicate your boundaries as much as your fantasies with each other and do the same with the other couple. As I'm only writing from our experience, I'm sure other couples have do the same.

always go as fast as the slowest so that nobody feels that theyre doing something they dont want to - and leave wanting rather than do stuff you might wish you hadnt - this is our way with playing with others |

We say go for it aswell. We have now had our 2nd foursome, MMFF, and loved both experiances.
As above take it as slow as the slowest couple and only thing we can add is keep checking everyone is having a good time and happy to try other things, dont do anything you dont want to and discuss do's and dont's beforehand.
