Nope. It works for all if they have the latest version. It tells you if they have or not.
The meet thing is to verify if you want. You don't even have to meet for that, there's a (long!) sequence of numbers you can use. |

Oh, that's just for verifying encryption - it happens automatically apparently. I wonder why only one notification so far? |
