I have MS and occasionally suffer with this. It's pretty horrible and can make me panic, especially if I feel like I can't swallow
But OP, I am not offended at all. I can see the humour in it  I just wouldn't be sucking any cock on those days  |

Well ....yes your tongue is part of the whole process of chewing and swallowing. ... but in people who suffer with dysphagia it isnt an easy process ....
