So many women's profiles have 55 as their age limit and all of a sudden I'm not even on their radar. I can't even send messages to some folk to continue a long standing rapport. 
They need to draw a line somewhere I suppose.

If you have a long standing rapport and have messaged in the past then filters aren't effective I don't think?
I can still speak to people whose filters I don't meet via PM as we've exchanged messages in the past  |

As Dan pointed out, if you have messaged before you will still be able to. Unless you have been blocked!
As fo 55? I thought most stopped looking after 49! |
