Experiment until you get a reaction - either a kick in the ribs or if you've hit the mark an attempt to crush your head. I was so glad I was told not to do that ages ago. It is, to be fair, a natural instinctive reaction when giving that faster/harder = better when you've 'hit the right spot'. Since then I just keep doing the same, but don't speed up or go any harder (unless asked to, of course). |
