I'm always shocked when I find out people plan meets so far in advance!
Granted we all seem to have seriously high sex drives on here, but I much prefer a last minute spontaneous meet when I'm horny!
What if when the moment of your meet comes and you're not feeling horny/attractive/premenstrual/can't be arsed to shave etc. do you cancel the meet and get labelled a timewaster? |

I quite like the spur of the moment meets aswell. Something about that spontaneous meet that adds to the excitement. I have and do plan meets where there is significant distance involved. But have yet to fail to turn up |

"i have found that in most cases if you don't meet within say a week it just never happens, things kinda go stale so to speak"
Haha yeah! I don't tend to do repeat meets so I don't ever really speak to anyone for that long but when I have done it does go stale! |

Sheeeesh !!! I'll just keep your ass on my hotlist then not gonna talk to you
I suppose that does happen but in some cases I find if you click with a person then I'd doesn't go stale and you end up chatting until the next time!!! |

"I generally plan in advance .... It's all part of the fun for me , the build up , tension , teasing .... works every time for me "
I generally plan in advance, I like to get to know someone a little first.
I've done spontaneous and it can be fun but most of those just end up as one offs and that's not really for me! |

I prefer to plan in advance. The build up etc. Sometimes i wanna meet the person more after chatting and most times i or they lose the spark. Rather that way then someone say they wanna meet then for what ever reason never do |

"I have so little spare fab meeting time, I have to plan ahead - if I'm free last minute, no one else is. Works for me. "
This! When I plan in advance its usually only a week or so in front, if things don't feel the same by time it comes to meeting them or im not still filled with excitement then I'd begin to doubt whether they are worth meeting or are really for me, like others have said I love all the build up and teasing and whenever I try to do last minute meets everyone else is usually busy. Sods law lol! |

Im not a fan of spur of the moment meets, if I'm in my PJ's watching Horizon with the Mrs, I'm not likely to want to go out for an hour or 2 of sex.
Obviously might be a different story for singletons. |

Putting the 'cum' in Eboracum |
Mixture of both for me really. If I'm travelling I can arrange a meet quite far in advance, but I have also been known to use the 'who's near' function for last minute meets, or one of my friends will text to see if I am free that night. |

As a single bloke who are ten a penny I have never had a response when looking for a spontaneous meet, so mine are planned (or at least advertised) in advance.
Happy to respond to a spontaneous one that someone else has posted though.

Some of us have no choice but to plan in advance to fit it around Work and family life. It doesn't always work brilliantly as there have been times when either hubby or i haven't been in the mood. It's part of the reason I've stopped meeting it's just too much hassle when family and work comes first. |

Took us 3 years from first meeting to finally playing with someone off here... but it was worth the wait. |

We're another couple who have little choice but advanced planning spur of the moment we just go to a club so we get the best of both worlds, funnily enough we tend to find the club meets more gratifying but we haven't had many meets yet |

So far we've taken things steadily and it seems to be working just fine. Clubs haven't been particularly successful, but getting to know people on here and by phone, Whatsapp etc. has resulted in meeting some fantastic people and having very positive experiences. Each to their own I guess, but with busy lives i'd guess it's down to whether you're single or a couple - and having the time and availability to do spur of the moment. We've no choice but to plan ahead generally, but wouldn't rule out short notice completely. |

I find it strange that people want to book a meet weeks or a month+ in advance. How the hell will I know if I fancy fucking them in 3 weeks time. I could have had a really shitty day and want to curl up on the sofa with a book.
Do I still have to go through with it if I'm not in the mood?
Or do I cancel last minute and get thought of as a time waster?
Rather see what I feel like on the day. |

Same always plan as I have to work around other things so normally know when my free time is. |

We generally meet at socials, clubs or parties, and we look forward to these a great deal, and although we do hope to play, it depends on how we feel, the general mood, and if anyone wants to meet us lol! |

I suppose another way of looking at it, from a single male perspective:
if I decide to cancel on the day/last min I WILL be classed a timewaster..
I'll have wasted someones opportunity to have fun,I might have put them out of pocket....
but of course, it wont be cos I changed my mind or just dont feel up to it..we arent allowed our prerogative to change our minds
*thankfully i rarely need my mind changing as my cock thinks of my best interests

I don't really do last minute meets and if I receive a message from a bloke asking am I free to meet today/tonight I'll say no way thanks. I like to chat to the people I meet for a while first. But I'm only after regular fbs? Maybe this is why? Anyway I'm happy as Larry and it's working well for me |

If wife meeting one of the two guys she meets about twice a year sometimes it has to be planned in advance. She still looks forward to it . We have to plan for club visits too but still get excited about meeting new people there ?? |

What a bizarre notion

i get turned off if i plan meets, the more the person talks about it the more i start dreading it - even if we've met before and had a great time.
and this is coming from someone who is pretty much permanently horny. |

I much prefer last minute meets, maybe easier in London as more people around. What I really dislike is guys who plan in advance. I don't meet any one particular person within two weeks of the last meet, and I have had guys call me two weeks after a meet, on the dot, to tell me their two weeks is up. I also have had them messaging demanding a last minute meet and getting annoyed when I don't drop everything. Last minute with new people keeps it NSA and keeps in in the box it belongs. |

If you are a couple with kids then it has to be planned in advance. Most couples are fine with that.
With some guys we find if we plan in advance they are not interested. We've planned in advance with a guy. He never confirmed then contacts us at last minute on the night to say he can meet. Sorry mate but we haven't booked babysitters because you didn't respond to confirm in the first place. People forget how quickly a planned meeting, a couple of weeks in advance, actually come around. |

Funnily my latest fuck meet was planned two weeks in advance - and he only lives 1/4mile from my house so distance wasn't an issue!
He gets every other Thursday off - so we had a social one Thursday and his next one off we fucked!!
Very nice too..... |

So in summary - as with pretty much every other forum topic - everyone's different and likes different things.
So there really IS someone or something for everyone here
Me? Need to plan usually. Longest planning was 10 weeks in advance! Had that one quite recently .. |

We have to arrange meets in advance to fit round work and family. It's usually 2+ weeks notice.
When ever we've had an unexpected last minute afternoon or evening pop up, no one we want to meet are free.
By the time we've got ready, we generally feel in the mood.
Planned meets work well for us. |

This is my point! I totally get what people are saying about having other commitments, but what if you're not in the mood when your meet comes around?! Do you go through with it anyway or cancel and get labelled a timewaster! |

Yep. Adore the build up.
Flip side is when they pull out, for whatever reason.= ggggRRRRRRR...!!
Spontaneous ones defo have their place also though. - Nice being caught out by surprise if it's them who message you and you just drop everything, or you're feeling spontaneously mega randy and you think you know someone who feels/wants the same. |

My take is this, saying you don't know whether you will want sex in a month's time is like saying l don't know whether l want to eat in a month's time. Bar falling ill l know that l will be wanting sex at any point in the future. Now opportunity, as a single man, that is the problem! |

I had four regular playmates. We all had jobs that took us around the country. Therefore advanced meets worked for us. That said there were times when they were in London and I was working from home and we'd "meet now!" but these were regular meets, not randoms: worked for me. |
