Whether we are big, small, purple, Chinese sorry Chinese we all have our own insecurities but fed up of all the bitching so say something nice to the one above x |

No? Why not? Do you not think everyone can have their own beauty in their own ways - not necessarily physical beauty (which is subjective anyway - one persons 'gawjuss' may be another persons 'ugh')? |

There is certainly something within everyone which can be considered attractive to another.
Beauty is so subjective - attractiveness a broader more encompassing concept |

simply because we arent all beautiful
inside or out
when it comes to physical features its a collective that makes someone beautiful to me. not single features
but on the inside just having a beautiful heart is enough to make someone beautiful regardless of looks |

Unfortunately in cultures based on American and British ideas of attractiveness there is a hierarchy of looks and behavior. We all know that Victoria Secret or playboy model looks are valued in women with the respective gym fit or model looks for men more than other looks. As are middle class values prized over working class values.
Therefore l am always amused by the phrases "will not sleep with anyone" or "we have standards". It makes me think that they are "The keping up of appearances" of swinging.
To my mind for some people it is not playing for fun but an exercise in vanity, and mutual narcissism.
The counter argument always is: should not people be allowed to have preferences or be free to decide with whom they play. The answer is obviously yes but in the same way as the body beautiful peope judge people for not having preferences or not falling within their preference they should expect to be judged for their limited cliched criteria.
I have a preference for curvier women, but whether a woman is short, fat ( yes the f word) tall, thin, whatever colour or race, background or education does not bother me. The only crieria for me are will it be a fun experience, and will we get on.
I think refusing to have play with someone because of their looks is as shallow as refusing to talk to a person because of the colour of their eyes.
However throughout history and probably since the first cave man shaved and the first cave women found a way to make themselves more attractive than the others there has been cliques of the " beautiful people".
Therefore the current vogue of pop celebrity where looks and money is worshipped is nothing new, nor should it be a surprise that it should apply in the swinging world. But we should know it for the shallowness that it is and not be bothered by it.
So l just want to say "Stay classy fabl". |
