Planning a horny night away and fancy either a hot tub or jacuzzi as part of the package. I was just wondering which people thought was the best for a horny time? Bearing in mind I will be going in mid April so the weather may not be so hot!
Any ideas or thoughts welcome! Also suggetions in the Northern half of England of places to stay with those kind of facilities. |

We recently stayed in the Chevin Country Park Hotel, about 10 miles from Leeds. Grass on the roof of the rooms, all set in woodland, excellent leisure suite and very good restaurant. Some rooms with private outdoor hot tubs. |

"I've always used hot tub and jacuzzi interchangeably. Are they different things? "
No very similar. Just wonder if being outside at this time of year might make sexy fun less so because of the cold! |

"Jacuzzi is just a brand name they make hot tubs, spa's ,bathrooms and taps "
Correct, hot tub is the generic name, Jacuzzi is a brand name.
It's like when folk say they're doing the hoovering when using a Dyson or a Henry. They are vacuuming, unless they're actually using a Hoover of course. |

Shared a lodge with a couple one frosty January, the tub was amazing and the cold didn't detract from the fun. Mind getting out and back inside for some serious play was ruddy cold |

We have a hot tub in our garden...all these concerns about it being cold! Our where sits at a comfortable 38degrees so it's not cold when your in, in fact it's better in colder weather as who wants to sit in hot water on a hot day!! |

I'm glad I've actually got a Hoover or I'd be getting confused at my age |

"OK. Thanks for the clarity. I suppose my question is about indoor or outdoor Jacuzzi's.
From my experience though Jacuzzi's tend to represent indoor baths and hot tubs tend to be outside."
Yes, that's what I always thought the difference between them was (i.e hot tub = outdoors, jacuzzi = indoors). Always good to learn |

jacuzzi is just a brand name and they make hot tubs for outdoors... And we've had some great 3sums in them, definitely recommend fun in an outdoor hot tub either winter or summer |

When we first tried hot tubs it was in the States in the 80's. They were wooden - like a huge barrel cut in half and just had water jets.
Jacuzzis were fibre-glass and had air jets as well as water jets. It didn't matter whether they were indoors or outdoors, the name told you what type of bath it was.
We haven't seen a wooden tub since then and it appears hot tub has become a generic name for a big bubbly bath just as jacuzzi has. |

"Aphrodites in Bowness on windermere have outdoor hot tubs too
that's our anniversary weekend sorted thanks x"
We spent an anniversary there ourselves a few years ago. It was fun, I believe they've refurbished some rooms since then. It's a little way out of the village but it's only a couple of pounds in the taxi and there's some nice bistros and of course the lake is stunning. Hope you have a lovely time. |

I bought T a tandem parachute jump for Christmas which she plans to use on our anniversary so least I can do is book her a nice break and hot tub for the weekend! |
