Because a cut man has different "bacterial communities" than uncut, which, it is believed, make him less likely to contract HIV for starters. Something to do with anaerobic and aerobic bacteria, mucosal tissue, and oxygen or something.

Well that's it It didn't smell bad until it became hard and thus the foreskin retracted and revealed how unclean he was. I should have explained that I didn't suck him as it was disguting. Rather than the "not for long" comment I made. I just can't see how difficult it is not to keep clean especially if they are already at home with a shower!!!!!!!! |

Why do people say 'for hygeine' reasons? Why do people assume that because your cut your any cleaner than an uncut? If you haven't showered for three days your a smelly **** foreskin or no foreskin.

Poor hygiene can also result from ignorance. As a student I went to the STD clinic worried about what I thought was a a discharge. A very kind nurse put me right and explained the nuts and bolts of cleanliness. (just by way of explanation, my father had passed on and my mother probably didn't know enough to teach me)
TV prog, Embarrassing Bodies, did a piece on this a while back. It was in there simply because there is a need for education. |

It isn't believed by the NHS, the BMA, or the WHO. Just by doctors who have a sideline in carrying out these (in most cases) useless procedures. We are supposed to have a foreskin, that is why we are born with one. If it isn't broke, don't fix it. Would you suggest that women should have their clitoral hoods or labia removed/trimmed? |
