Can someone help me out please im curious to know when you arrange a meet with someone you've never met before are you comfortable in dressing up? I understand in the club environment it's the norm but if it was at either ones home are you confident to answer the door in say a basque and stockings?women seem to get these requests from men and speaking for myself I don't feel comfortable at all, don't get me wrong I will in the bedroom or if I have met someone a few times but I'm too self concious on a first meet is it just me???

I've never tried dressing up for a meet. Not many women want a guy to dress like that. I'll be honest I don't think I'd be overly comfortable doing it either

It's a funny one this. If meeting with my hubby he'll answer the door where I'm waiting in lingerie lol That's IF it's a fun meet. I've met guts at theirs where I've gone dressed normal but had lingerie under my clothes (jeans+top/blouse +jacket etc and I've gone normal but took a bag with my Lingerie in to get dressed later on.

It's perfectly understandable, as you don't know the person and wouldn't be so at ease. If you're meeting someone in a public place (non swing club) I presume you'd dress to impress, as first impression counts?

I think provided it's obvious that an effort has been made that should be all that counts, in other words you've had a shower, done your hair put some makeup on and smell nice that should be all, sexy lingerie is a bonus though and I do enjoy it.

Just dress in what you're comfortable wearing, even it's a t-shirt and jeans. If it's a first meet, It'll make you more relaxed and make the whole thing more enjoyable. On 2nd or 3rd meets, then maybe look at being a bit bolder? If someone insists you wear something that you're not happy with, tell them to take a running jump!

Hygiene goes without saying. My point is the men requesting you to turn up/answer the door in short skirts stockings and very little on top. Me personally I will have the sexy underwear on under jeans or trousers and a nice top for the initial hi getting to know you stage then if things progress off with the jeans and top in the bedroom or wherever it maybe

First meets..........hmmmm.

I would think it depends really what you yourself expect from the meet.

If i'm going along to a previously agreed social meet up - for the purposes of finding out who each other are and there has been an agreement that no play will be on the menu - before making a next step into arranging a play meet for instance - I would still be showered, shaved, smell nice and dress smart but probably casual.

I wouldn't normally wear a suit on a night out these days - and similarly only occasionally would I wear a tie.

If the intention was to make small talk before entering into a play meet within the half hour of meeting.....I'd still be showered, shaved, smell nice and be dressed smart - even though I was probably gonna be naked soon.

Ladies...are different though aren't they.

lol.......if I was to turn up in my jeans and T-shirt and take them off to reveal a silk or crushed velvet red thong..........you'd probably laff like a drain and tell me to get the fuck out........but you (the lady) wearing one under your jeans and T-shirt....that's different - and at the same time........I would only expect you to wear anything.........if it's what you wanted to wear.

If we're all gonna be naked shortly anyway......it's only a teaser for the eyes for a short time.

if you're uncomfortable.........it'll spoil everybody's night.

I dress how I would if i was goin on a night out if its at night or jeans and a top if its daytime.. i dress for my comfort, absolutely hate when a guy says to me oh i hope you gonna wear sussie and stocking and lovely high heels, i usually reply with youl be lucky if i have matching bra and knickers dont like it move on lol

I'm not implying I'm going to do it. Yes men have asked me in the past and I've point blank refused and my exact words were I'm not a free prostitute if that's what looking for!! I am a very strong minded person meets work both ways. My question was out of curiosity to see if anyone else felt uncomfortable like me or was i the only one who denies these poor men (who would probably turn up themselves in jeans/tracksuits) their fantasies

If I turned up in a shirt etc looking good and yo looked like a scouser from the 80's I would probably laugh uncontrollably and not be able to get a stiffy

Yeah this is exactly what I'm talking about it really grinds my gears. I'm all excited for the anticipation of the meet then they drop the what you gonna wear for me hope it's something sexy!! Grrr moment ruined and it makes me feel self concious and was just wondering if other women felt the same way but glad I'm not the only one

This from me pretty much too.

I wore a proper shirt and all that on my first meet here and within about ten mins she just came out with 'you don't normally wear shirts do you..'

She clocked how uncomfortable I was in all that shit so never again.

Jeans..my beloved old magnum boots..hoodie or t shirt normally. If I'm feeling very snazzy I have a casual short sleeve shirt type thing that if you squint might look like a proper shirt but that's rare to come out and you can fuck off if you think I'm ironing all my shit any more....

not because I'm lazy though but because I'm too tight...I took my iron on a meet and forgot it in the hotel and im not buying another

I only ever meet someone in a bar or coffee shop as I prefer this. So I dress smart but casual. Casual jacket , shirt , chinos. If we get on and the chemistry is there then I'm quite happy too remove them later

I'd be happy if the woman's happy, end of really. If they asked what they want to wear or what I'd like them to wear etc, I'd suggest they wear something they feel comfortable or sexy in, purely depends on location, chemistry, etc. I don't meet really so I shouldn't contribute but wanted to join in, as I think some overthink it. Just be yourself and feel happy and comfortable with what you've got

I wouldn't feel comfortable doing that unless I actually got to know the person/people really well beforehand.

We have some swinger friends on here that i'd be cool with doing that but most other people no. I will make sure i'm wearing matching undies and that's as far as i go!

I wouldn't do a first time meet at someone's house as a single person so I guess that answers that question, but if I did I wouldn't go underwear first.. I would be happy to if I had met them before and was inviting them over to mine for a play meet but not right out the gates, I like to get to know someone first, what if I don't like then, what if they turn up and look nothing like they looked online etc.

I hardly ever dress up now. I found the men who asked me to dress up were turned on by the clothing and not me. This made the sex boring and predictable. I do it occasionally when I feel like it,but it all ends up coming off quickly anyway

I would much prefer a woman to dress in normal day clothes, jeans and tshirt or whatevery for a first meet. Being in dressed in lingerie or some form of uniform would put me off unless i knew them after a few meets

I usually meet from work so I'm in office attire, otherwise it depends on where, when & who I'm meeting. I've met for socials in anything from Pilates gear to jeans & a top.
