Are you mad!! I accidentally rubbed it on my nose and eyes it made me consider if I really needed these bits.
Saying that it's not to bad when I've rubbed my bollocks but I think the one inch warrior might have the same opinion as my nose and eyes. |

I have used it for a bad back, better than deep heat or other back ointments, creams and gels. It's like Vicks and as effective for blocked noses etc.
One major drawback for me though is that I can't use it at night before bedtime. One of my cats, the ginger one, goes crazy with the smell of it, crazy in a playful way, like catnip for 'normal' cats, wanting to pounce and nibble anything poking out of the duvet. LOL. He's like that with the smell of bleach on hands and also loves to get his nose into a slipper too and I'm not saying I have smelly feet either. He just has a slipper, bleach and tiger balm fetish. LOL.
Yes, red tiger balm stained some shirts when I used it in my back, so I switched to the white version. |

yes I like it on my back to its more gentle than deep heat. |
