Always invite more than you want to come, as lots don't turn up. the gatherings we have had have always been with people we have met first, just us and them. then and only then would we invite them to meet others we know.
if it is a party open to all it may as well be in a club... in our opinion.
Its also not as easy as it sounds, making sure no one feels left out of the action is part of being the host! so don't expect to be centre of attention. good luck. |

Like above invite as many as you can post in meets and events and those who say yes keep in your hotlist so you can keep a record of whose coming plus you will have a list to build on for next time. |

I would say invite more because sure as hell some wont turn up. A friend of mine organised a party and invited 10 single guys, 4 turned up which was quite a good number to be honest |
