This week ive been tired an out of sorts...taking time out from work an working from home
I havnt been to the gym either
I feel I've lost my mojo I don't know how to get it back
Guys tell me im sexy ive a nice body an good looking but I don't see i have tbh
How do I get my mojo back any suggestions |

I found when I was tried and couldn't be arsed to do anything and going to the gym was boring me. I just kicked back and went for walks (well in my case push) around the local park for fresh air a change of scenery, get a coffee and watch people chase thier dogs or watch the world go by, as always something funny happens in a park to made you smile ( and I don't mean sexually lol). And generally I went home feeling a bit more positive.
Failing that you could always borrow a dog and be one of those who ends up chasing it |

Sometimes if you're in a routine you can lose your moJo. Some suggestions. .
Do something different exercise wise, go for a walk, replicate something on you tube
Visit somewhere new for a nice lunch / bit of dinner
Go somewhere new and buy yourself some new clothes
Listen.to a new band or new genre of music. ... generally try something new |

I don't know anyone with a dog to take for a walk
I feel the gym I can't do as tiredness an i did cardiovascular workout ie running machine
I used to love the gym but not this week for some reason
My eating pattern has changed..my sleep pattern an out of sorts |

That's the thing, you need to chill out and rest, take it easy for a while and have a break from FAB and the whole scene, go for a walk in the park, travel to a place with a lot of sunshine, eat more healthier foods and drinks, focus on a different non-sexual activity for a week and you'll be feeling refreshed and super horny for playtime right before you know it. |

I think it depends how you feel about yourself
Some days I feel really bad about the way I look and the though of getting naked with somebody is a real turn off
I can go months without sex because of this, when I feel down about my looks I have no sex drive at all |

I though loosing weight would make me more confidant and happier, it didn't

The thing is im on a low fat diet already due to gall stones my diet is healthy I can't have any fat in my diet

I have to agree it isn't about my weight ..i feel not sexy an even though some fems would love my weight loss an im now 8 stone 5 lbs. .its not about that...

I've been flirting with a vegan diet- and it's showing promise re general wellbeing.... There's no getting away from the fact that sometimes we all occasional feel a tad 'meh' , though experience tells us that it will pass in time ( if it doesn't then help should of course be sought)..... Also when ur 'down' advice like 'pull yourself together, go for a walk' and 'there are lots of people worse off than you in the world' really really doesn't help.
You'll get ur mojo back.

I've been feeling very much this way too lately...my world has been very difficult with different family issues since October 2015...my mojo has been very up and down and I like you gave up the gym at the start and not been back since. I do try and walk the dog but sometimes that's even hard to be bothered to do that but must admit once I have I do feel a bit better. I hope you feel better soon xx ps winter months don't help me either roll on summer. X |

I've been feeling like this a week..trying to snap out of it but havnt been able too. .
I've dropped the gym..dropped a friendship too..an not been sleeping either
Made a cpl of decisions like work decision...an it's not easy

Fresh air and make time for you, even its a coffee and a trashy magazine. Sexiness is an inner feeling, so maybe stripping back, concentrating on you(rather than energy on here) , see a friend, book a spa day. Just make time for you.
My mum had been poorly for a long time and I lost my mojo for quite a while. Since she passed away I've taken time off work ( thank goodness for the nhs!) , gone to the gym, gone for walks and sometimes just even watched day time Tele, just for the he'll of it! Mojo is returning : )x |
