The more the merrier, it's just 'fun' at the end of the day.
I see you're not into anyone over 50 (shame). Surprisingly we oldies do still have a lot to offer but I guess I have to respect your wishes. |

He couldn't know for sure if ladies he's met in the past have met bi men or not. The men could have lied to his past meets for all they know. As someone else stated his loss is someone else's gain(definitely a turn on for me!) |

Bigot seems about right to us lucky escape " I think for a lot of us we do see the std side of the coin where homosexual/bisexual men are concerned,a lot play with no protection and hiv is always a threat lurking at the back of your mind....weve been called bigots but do not dislike/hate bi/gay men...We just would not play with them.Or put ourselves in any sort of risk situation |

It's a reality check , there are loads who won't play with people who play with bi guys , gay men , TVs .
Most won't admit it , for fear of being see as bigots , but there are plenty who will , and they can be very vociferous . Gum clinics ask if you've played with bi men . They can't give blood if they have . So there are reasons to choose not to .
It's their choice , and we don't care who people have played with . Our sexual health is our responsibility , and we get checked every six weeks . And we happily tell them we have played with bi men .
All good so far , and hopefully it will stay that way .

I don't think you're managing the risk by not wanting to play with bi/gay men. I'm sure you already know the safest way is to ensure you have protected sex.
Straight men can have HIV/STD's etc as well. |

" We believe your stance is good on clinic visits but if you play 2 0r 3 times a week then how secure could a stranger feel if fucking you 5 months down the line if you had played with 3 or 4 bi men every week? this of course is just an example but why we tend to stay out of bi male circles |

The OP isn't saying about playing with bi men though.
You cannot give blood if you have had sexual contact with a bisexual man in the last 12 months.
That does not apply for having sexual contact with a woman who has had sexual contact with a bisexual man. The NHS does not consider that higher risk. |

Is it a homophobic attitude or an understanding that the gay community is recognised as a aids righ risk? This would be my only concern, it wouldn't stop me meeting, I'd just make sure that I took appropriate measures to mitigate against the risk. |

The NHS does not consider having sex with a woman who also has sex with bisexual men to be high risk. The fear is mostly based around 1980s scaremongering. |

It wouldn't put us of at all....who you previously had sex with is none of our business and so long as we practice safe sex then we are all taking the same precautions.....remember not everyone is as honest as you and quite a few straight men are secretly bi anyway - so those who say no to you have probably played with a closet bi guy anyway but they just don't know it |

I would think there are two main reasons for not wanting to meet someone who enjoys meeting bi men. First is the perceived increased health risks that are associated with playing with men who enjoy other men. But the risk factor associated with any bi man is going to be broad ranging depending on what activities that individual gets up to and what protection is taken. I think all of us who enjoy the lifestyle have increased exposure, but there are many Hetro couples that often enjoy playing with no protection. I would say there risk is greater than a bi man who always uses protection. It's down to the individual.
The second reason is more an aversion to any association with bi/gay lifestyle which is a preconception that for moral, social, personal preference or religious reason someone has.
In the end as a bi man I am honest and comfortable with my sexuality and if someone doesn't like that well that's not my concern.
I would be more concerned with how safe a person's practices are rather than who they have been with.
Sorry didn't mean to ramble on there.
Anyway anyone for a bi mmf?

In an nutshell, he's a moron. Anyone who won't meet me because I like bisexual men is great to know because I don't want to meet him either. Now if I forced him to do a 3sum with another bi man, that's a different thing. Clearly that's not the case |

I cannot fathom why an individual should judge a new sexual partner based on that persons previous sexual partners orientation.
Sleeping with a women who has had sex with a bi man doesn't mean anything. She was attracted to that man/men sexually and they had sex with her as they fancied her. Whats the big deal?

I would imagine that the poster wasn't talking about people who don't play with men as a matter of routine..." we dont play with men women tv or couples as a matter of any routine,we play with who we fancy that fit our boundaries..im sure its the same for most |

"I cannot fathom why an individual should judge a new sexual partner based on that persons previous sexual partners orientation.
Sleeping with a women who has had sex with a bi man doesn't mean anything. She was attracted to that man/men sexually and they had sex with her as they fancied her. Whats the big deal?
"
To qualify this, obviously if someone has unprotected sex that is completely different.
The daft thing about the stance taken by the chap in question is that i) a massive number of guys on this site claim to be straight but aren't. ii) a massive number of members of this site claim to play safe but then play bare. The health risks extend not only to bi men but others |

If you want to exclude people that is your decision and no one can take that away from you. Likewise if you want to exclude people on basis of health reasons then again that is your decision. My point is that system is far from fool proof since not all 'straight' men on here are on other sites, it doesn't deal with the issue of parties playing bareback nor does it deal with the issue of couples where the bloke is in the closet so to speak. I have met 'straight'couples where it is readily apparent the male is bi or at least curious. |

Bigot seems about right to us lucky escape I think for a lot of us we do see the std side of the coin where homosexual/bisexual men are concerned,a lot play with no protection and hiv is always a threat lurking at the back of your mind....weve been called bigots but do not dislike/hate bi/gay men...We just would not play with them.Or put ourselves in any sort of risk situation
I'm sure you understand the term 'straight' is different on fab. No-one knows for sure that they have not played with a bi guy.
Good answer.
I've been contacted by straight men looking for a meet.
I've been with straight guys who like sucking a guy
I guess you should put them straight, tell them they are bi "
Heavens no,they like deceiving the people who don't want to meet bi men |

It wouldn't put me off meeting someone. But I don't ask about their past sex life and I won't tell them about mine.
I do however respect people's wishes. Whatever reason they don't want to meet someone is fine by me. |

He wouldn't have been any the wiser if you hadn't been so honest.... Fair play to you.
Let's face it, in this lifestyle do we really know the histories of all the people we meet.... all you can do is have an open mind and play safe there is also a difference between being bi and being gay! Lol
You had a lucky escape and I'm sure there will be lots of guys wanting to meet you where it wouldn't be a problem! |

This used to happen loads when I was a single fem. I preferred to only meet bi guys and TVs and lots of guys were not only scared they would catch something from me but also worried I might try and involve them in bi play with another guy/TV
After many years in this site I'm amazed that anyone thinks they won't be lied to about someone's sexuality. Not just because lots of bi guys prefer to put straight on their profile so they can meet couples who won't meet bi guys but also because most don't think their bi until they have had full blown anal sex with a guy. |

Your logic is baffling you talk about definitely knowing never having sex with a bi guy, and then talk about the risks of catching an std from him because of who he may have had sex with.
And so, you can be sure that the guys single or in a couple or females single or in couple that are straight have not had sex with a bi guy... and then subsequently with you? That's one he'll of a lot of checking. How far back through the chain do you go????
So in summary whilst you havent directly, i think you'll agree you cant be completely sure you haven't had sexual contact with those that have had bi sexual contact.
Fact! |

"Were only now experimenting with singles so will take a bit more care based on the info you have given us on lying single str8/bi men "
Put it this way... my partner and I have a bisexual/bisexual MF couples profile on here. We state that we are only looking for bisexual men to play with.
I'd say about 90% of the men AND couples who approach us are straight according to their profile. We always say 'we don't play with straight people' and they just come back and say 'it only says straight on my/our profile so that we have more chance of meeting people'.
We don't play with those people who lie on their profile. But they're lying to get into bed with people like you.

Agree with this we get the same only id say our percentage is higher. Maybe 99%

"is it me or is this thread riddled with undertones that anyone who is "gay" has got to be disease ladden and a bug spreader ??? im gay out and proud and have never had any STDS in my life !"
Yeah, it's grim. It impiles that gay/bisexual men don't look after their health.
And while there is a community of people within the gay scene who play very riskily (a subculture within a subculture) that particular subculture is very exclusionary of bisexual men, so you're unlikely to come across them on a site like this anyway.
And - shock horror - you DO get bisexual men who play VERY safely. Take my partner for example, who doesn't do any form of body fluid exchange with non-committed partners (men and women) - that's safer than the people who, for example, do unprotected blow jobs!
(Not saying unprotected blow jobs are wrong or bad, but it's important to consider that everyone plays differently. And some swinging activities are inherently riskier than others.) |

I guess at the end of the day it depends how active , and what one is looking for when entering this lifestyle .
If , like us , you are looking for lots of exciting encounters with a variety of people , the sexuality is not a major factor at all .
Some of our best meets have involved TVs and bi men , and despite being straight ( well maybe orally bi selfish ) , visually the meet is awesome and Sabrina seems so much more horny in this environment .

It's the misconception that gay/bi are always willing to take more risks.
It wouldn't bother us at all if someone had played me a bi guy or if a guy was bi in a couple (so long as respected my boundaries).
Although it does amaze me that by having some preferences on this sight you're often seen as a bigot. |

Well, I'm fully bi and have had some wonderful meets, relationships and one offs during the past 10 odd years with both couples/singles on here and other sites and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. I honestly think that it all comes down to preferences between whoever is looking for bi fun, and which type of fun to have. The sex I've normally had is usually full mmf sex with oral for the guy - because I find "straight" guys are fascinated by sucking some nice, clean hard cock, especially after a few vodkas! ...and personally, I don't find any problems with that whatsoever, I encourage people to open up, be free and do whatever they wanna do!

This is a topic I'd never even considered. speaking as someone who has not exactly played with bi men but been pretty darn close to some straight men and their junk. Surely what is the difference here? just two little letters? B and I. yep I get it some guys do more than others with and to each other, but what you can catch can be caught from the woman or from say Dping someone where all parties involved are straight.
As a straight man I still kinda think bi stuff is hot. The guy is allowed to have his own preference and set of turn ons and offs though and that might be all that bit came down to. Or he might be a bigot who's a bit of a twat. Hard to tell without more info. Either way I'm sure there are a bunch of guys lining up right now to take his place |
