I've found this thread quite useful. Like most above, I don't really see the appeal of BJs with condoms but I do play a lot at clubs and the risk is always at the back of my mind.
I know I am still taking a bit of risk but my general guidelines to minimise it are:
1. Don't brush my teeth too close before going out to ensure I minimise the risk of any tiny cuts in my mouth which could increase the chance of infection

My girlfriend doesnt like the taste of CIM, we have got really thin flavoured condoms that to be honest, feel ok. Obviously nothing will compare to having a BJ with no condom but it is actually still very pleasing and gets me cumming shortly after putting one on.

I use condoms during oral at all casual meets. Yes they taste icky but I still get hot and horny doing it it and the guy still enjoys themselves.
