Just me? Or the kids too? I have to be out at 7.45 today, got up at 6.30. Have got up late before and still managed to be out on time, just a bit rushed.

Up, off and out in about 30 mins. On reflection, perhaps I should get up earlier to allow for breakfast, but I am already up at 0530.

I'm up and out the house in 45 mins. But the majority of that time is spent making unnecessarily complicated coffees.

I set my machine up to make the coffee the night before. Plain black. No hassle

We both seem to be able to turn it around in about 20 minutes.

I like espresso with a splash of foamed milk. Once I've made four of them (two each, not four for me) it's time to move!

Usually about 5 minutes, 10 on a bad day.

I get up at 4.40am usually out if the door for 4.50am. Take a porridge breakfast bar with me to eat on the way to work.

Some mornings I struggle, especially the first day back after having days off, I'll stop and grab a can of relentless since I can't stand coffee.

About 10 minutes.

Put on a dress, put on tights, brush teeth. That's about it.

I spend more time eating breakfast and talking to Marc in the morning than anything else.

If I'm riding in about 10 minutes. The bikes ready and cycling clothes are out the night before and I don't eat before leaving. Them about 10 minutes to shower and change at work.
