When is prostitution, not prostitution?
Jump to: Newest in thread
So…if a straight couple both share a fantasy of her receiving money for sexual encounters, at what point does the line get crossed into prostitution (in the eyes of the law)? For example, if they wanted to take money from a guy:
• to be allowed to watch them fuck…is that prostitution?
• to be watched by the couple as he masturbates…is that prostitution?
• to be allowed to masturbate over her, but without her touching him…is that prostitution?
Where’s the line…at what point does an offence get committed? |

In English law: I thought as soon as the male half of the couple touches the money, he'd be in trouble.
In Fab law: the second anyone said 'money'
If it is a fantasy, why not print some fake money that could be kept as a memento?

It could be that the fantasy is based the "Customer" not knowing that he is part of a fantasy and thinking that he is an actual customer. |
