Endurance is useful for cross country running but for me it has no place in sex. It's far more important to ensure that it is quality sex that you both enjoy. Nothing worse than a guy holding off and pumping away like mad for ages thinking he's doing you a favour! |

I find about 20 seconds longer than she takes is about perfect. Though if she is taking way too long (like till I'm out of breath n getting a sweat on?) I would tend to think sod this,..blow my load and then finish her off another way.
To be fair if the oral/foreplay etc has been good then most women don't take to long so I don't need to hold back. Once they start and the squeeze waves start then that normally guarantees to make me follow suit. Then it's relax, rinse, repeat! |
