"mayo on one piece of bread, tommy K on the other!"

That's an interesting alternative, may give it a try.

A world of my own

When I first moved down to Surrey I though people were winding me up when they said they liked this.

I believe they are served in some places with tartare sauce.

over the hill and far away

Heaven in a plate. Half a sandwich with red sauce and half with thinly sliced onion and sakad cream

Gotta be fish fillet fingers, warburtons bread and proper butter

It would be a winning meal on Come Dine With Me

I've never had one. Something about fish fingers in bread makes me feel a little ill.

I toast one side of my bread, spread tartar sauce on untoasted side, add cheese, toast until starting to melt, add fish fingers, layer other piece of toasted bread, hey presto, the perfect snack
